John W.Varghese is driven with a passion to make an effective difference in the lives of those who are less fortunate, bring relief to the sick and help for the needy.Though he wears many hats in the corporate sphere – CEO, Broker, Realtor, media personality, actor and producer. it is philanthropy and humanitarian causes that are close to his heart.
John’s passion for humanitarian causes began early in life and he has been at the forefront of lending a helping hand through cash and kind for many years now. Despite being a radio personality, film producer and actor and an award-winning realtor and mortgage broker, humanitarian concerns are what drives John to organize numerous medical camps in developing countries to bring relief to sick and needy persons .
In 2009, John founded the humanitarian organization Let Them Smile Again (LTSA) – a Medical Mission group that takes medical professionals overseas with surgical equipment & supplies to perform urgent care surgeries in under-developed countries. John’s business savvy and personable nature allows him to effectively coordinate all medical, professional & financial aspects of each mission multiple times in a year. A vision he feels humbled and privileged to carry out on behalf of Surgical Volunteers International, a board he proudly sits on.
By day, John is the CEO and Principal Realtor at Prompt Realty and Mortgage. Since 2004, John has been making the dream of home ownership a reality for residents all over the Houston Metropolitan Area. His drive for success, partnered with his compassionate nature that loves to help people achieve their goals, propels him into being a Top performer in the area, awarded with distinction.
