Becoming an Academic Member

If you are a member of faculty at any school or institution, you can apply to become an Academic Member in our organization.

Academic members who are Career Counselors, Psychiatrists, Professors, Music Teachers, Sports Coaches and Instructors, Art and Drama Teachers, who are willing to donate their time to developing a valid curriculum and extra curricular activities, are welcome to join us.

Let them Smile Academy will carefully select each academician to instruct a set of students. We will be offering free courses on weekends or after school hours to help students learn extra skill sets to survive in the academic world and real world.

Responsibilities of each Academic Member:Every Academic Member is a vital part to our academy. They make the overseeing of each mentor possible. Cross reviews done periodically between mentor and student performed by the Academic Member helps make it possible to arrive at an accurate analysis of how much has been achieved in reality.

The Academic Member will help develop curriculum, oversee and advise changes to existing education methods thereby helping the mentors perform better in imparting education to children under their care.

The Academic Member can use the technology and resources available at their disposal to help mentors achieve balance while teaching different age groups. The Academic Members will act as valuable advisors to help coach each mentor achieve their fullest potential by identifying weaknesses in education methods early on and rectify them quickly to achieve desired results in a shorter period of time.
