Let Them Smile Again (LTSA) is a Houston, Texas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by John W. Varghese. Since 2006, LTSA has partnered with Surgical Volunteers International (SVI), bringing together volunteer surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and healthcare professionals from around the world to provide free surgical care and humanitarian assistance to underserved communities.
Over the past two decades, LTSA and SVI have completed 21 humanitarian and surgical missions across Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Latin America, with the most recent mission completed in Hue, Vietnam (2026).

Since 2014, LTSA and SVI have facilitated and supported more than 1,000 free surgeries throughout Kerala, helping children and adults suffering from cleft lip and palate deformities, burn contractures, pediatric surgical conditions, urological disorders, and other conditions that would otherwise have gone untreated due to financial limitations.
